Nghe An: Highlights of October 9th

*SOn October 9th, in Vinh City, the Propaganda Department of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee organized a ceremony to commemorate the 90th anniversary of its founding.Party's mass mobilization work(October 15, 1930 - October 15, 2020) - Commending exemplary "Effective Mass Mobilization" in Nghe An province during the 2016-2020 period. At the commemoration ceremony, Comrade Nguyen Lam - Deputy Head of the Central Mass Mobilization Department and Comrade Nguyen Van Thong - Deputy Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee presented congratulatory flower baskets, while also highly appreciating the advisory role of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department; and warmly praised the results of mass mobilization work and the "Effective Mass Mobilization" emulation movement achieved by the province in the past.

On the same day, the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department held a seminar and meeting with officials from various periods to commemorate the 90th anniversary of the traditional day of the Party Organization and Construction sector (October 14, 1930 - October 14, 2020); the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc also held a seminar and meeting with officials working in Party affairs within the Bloc's Party Committee to commemorate the 90th anniversary of the traditional day of the Party building departments and Party Committee offices (October 1930 - October 2020).

*TThe National Center for Agricultural Extension, in collaboration with the Nghe An Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, organized a Vietnam-Korea workshop on...sustainable sesame productionIn Vietnam, at the workshop, Mr. Hoang Nghia Hieu - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - introduced some mechanisms and policies to support investment in the agricultural sector of the province. He expressed his hope that the Korean Embassy and businesses in the agricultural sector would support investment in improving the quality of seeds, productivity, and value of sesame plants.

*CPolice in Vinh City (Nghe An province)dismantling a criminal group.They specialized in fraud and embezzlement using high-tech methods. Initial investigations have shown that the group defrauded victims of 16 billion VND. The police also seized numerous related pieces of evidence, including: 2 computers, 6 phones, 5 SIM cards, and 4 ATM cards.
