*TInformation from the Conference summarizing the implementation of Decision No. 89/QD-TTg dated January 9, 2013, of the Prime Minister approving the Project "Building a Learning Society, giai đoạn 2012 - 2020" indicates that Nghe An province hasachieved and exceeded several set targets.such as achieving universal preschool education for 5-year-old children; achieving literacy level 2 (the highest level); achieving universal primary education level 3 (the highest level); and achieving universal lower secondary education level 1.

*TIn Nghe An province, over 80,000 new motor vehicles are registered each year. Currently, Nghe An has 130,000 cars, more than 1.7 million motorcycles, and over 103,000 electric motorbikes. From 2016 to October 2020, Nghe An experienced 1,385 traffic accidents, resulting in 898 deaths and 1,002 injuries. In the first 10 months of 2020, there were 168 traffic accidents, resulting in 106 deaths and 113 injuries, a decrease of 41 accidents, 25 deaths, and 32 injuries compared to the same period last year. Of these, 12 localities saw a decrease in the number of deaths due to traffic accidents, while 7 localities saw an increase compared to 2019.
