*TIn Nghe An province, there are over 80,000 newly registered motor vehicles each year. Currently, Nghe An has 130,000 cars, more than 1.7 million motorbikes and more than 103,000 electric motorbikes. From 2016 to October 2020, Nghe An had 1,385 traffic accidents, killing 898 people and injuring 1,002 people. In the first 10 months of 2020, there were 168 traffic accidents, killing 106 people and injuring 113 people, compared to the same period last year, there was a decrease of 41 cases, 25 deaths and 32 injuries. Of which, the number of deaths due to traffic accidents decreased in 12 localities and increased in 7 localities compared to 2019.
