*COn April 17th, under the chairmanship of Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam, the National Steering Committee for the Prevention and Control of Acute Respiratory Disease caused by the novel Coronavirus (Covid-19) held an online conference with ministries, sectors, and localities nationwide. The conference heard and provided feedback on the Draft Directive on implementing measures to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic in the new situation. Participants contributed their opinions to the draft Directive.Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An province, Nguyen Duc Trung, requested the drafting agency of the Directive to consider adding more information.Content: Allowing accommodation establishments to operate while ensuring safety in epidemic prevention and control; requesting the Steering Committee to provide specific guidance on criteria for classifying each group of subjects for implementation.

The first criterion is that the textbooks must be suitable for the socio-economic conditions of the locality. Secondly, the textbooks must be appropriate for students' learning. Thirdly, the textbooks must be convenient for teachers. Finally, the textbooks must be suitable for the teaching and learning conditions at the general education institution.
