*TVinh CityAn investment of 675 billion VND will be made to renovate 5 important streets.Five streets are planned for new pedestrian zones: Nguyen Van Cu (section from Le Hong Phong Street to Nguyen Sy Sach Street), Ha Huy Tap, Le Hong Phong, Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, and the route from the airport road to the Customs traffic island. These streets will be developed through a public-private partnership model, with residents contributing 30% of the sidewalk construction cost.
