Nghe An collects 4,814 billion VND in budget in the first 2 months of 2025
The above budget collection information was announced by the People's Committee of Nghe An province at the February 2025 meeting held on the morning of March 7.

Nghe An's state budget revenue in the first two months of 2025 reached 4,814 billion VND, equal to 27.2% of the estimate assigned by the Provincial People's Council, 106.6% over the same period in 2024.
Of which, domestic revenue reached 4,608 billion VND; revenue from import-export activities was 192 billion VND and revenue from mobilized sources and planning funding was 14 billion VND.
In 2025, the estimated budget revenue assigned by the Provincial People's Council is 17,726 billion VND. Previously, in 2024, Nghe An's budget revenue exceeded the 25,000 billion VND mark for the first time, with revenue reaching 25,517 billion VND, equal to 160.4% of the estimate and 118.6% compared to the implementation in 2023.

It is known that the Resolution of the 19th Congress of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025, sets the budget revenue target by 2025 to reach 26,000 - 30,000 billion VND.
In Plan No. 126/KH-UBND, dated February 28, 2025, implementing the GDRP growth scenario according to Resolution No. 25/NQ-CP of the Government on growth targets for sectors, fields and localities to ensure the annual growth target of 8% or more, Nghe An is determined to achieve the growth target of 10.5% this year according to the target assigned by the Government and strive to achieve a budget revenue of 26,000 billion VND.
To effectively carry out the budget collection task in the last year of the term, achieving the goals set by the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress, Nghe An determined to continue focusing on reviewing and strictly managing revenue sources.

The province will strengthen the implementation of solutions to collect the State budget from the first months of 2025, continue to manage tax debts and freeze tax debts according to regulations.
