Nghe An continues to affirm its position in the political essay contest defending the Party's ideological foundation.
On the evening of October 22nd, in Hanoi, the Central Steering Committee 35 directed and assigned the Ho Chi Minh National Political Academy to preside over and coordinate with the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, the Central Theoretical Council, and other relevant agencies to solemnly organize the Award Ceremony for the 5th Political Essay Contest on Protecting the Party's Ideological Foundation, 2025.
Attending the award ceremony were comrades: Luong Cuong - Member of the Politburo President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam; Tran Cam Tu - Member of the Politburo, Standing Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Head of the Central Steering Committee 35; Nguyen Trong Nghia - Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, Deputy Head of the Central Steering Committee 35; Nguyen Xuan Thang - Member of the Politburo, Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Political Academy, Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council; General Trinh Van Quyet - Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Head of the General Political Department of the Vietnam People's Army; Le Minh Tri - Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court; other members of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, alternate members of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, leaders of the Central Steering Committee 35, and central committees, ministries, and agencies.
Representing Nghe An province were Ms. Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province, and Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An province, who led the delegation, along with the award-winning collectives and individuals attending the ceremony.

In the solemn atmosphere of the ceremony, Nghe An province was honored to be one of the localities and units awarded the National Outstanding Collective Award, marking the fourth consecutive year that Nghe An has achieved this title. This is a recognition of the efforts, creativity, proactiveness, and effectiveness of the Party committees, government, press and media agencies, cadres, Party members, intellectuals, artists, and all strata of the people of Nghe An province in the work of propaganda, combating and refuting erroneous and hostile viewpoints, and firmly protecting the ideological foundation of the Party.

In 2025, the direction, guidance, and organization of participation in the competition in Nghe An were carried out seriously and systematically, creating a widespread impact throughout the entire political system and among all segments of the population.
The province has implemented many innovative approaches in political and ideological propaganda and education, leveraging the role of local press and media agencies, as well as effectively utilizing digital platforms and social networks in ideological struggle.

In addition to the team award, authors from Nghe An also excelled in winning 2 C prizes, 1 Encouragement prize, and 1 Promising prize. The awarded works were all of high quality, with profound content, rigorous argumentation, and vivid presentation, contributing to clarifying theoretical and practical issues in protecting the Party's ideological foundation and combating erroneous and reactionary viewpoints.

In particular, many articles from authors in Nghe An have demonstrated meticulous investment in both content and form, possessing theoretical depth, sharp critical thinking, and reflecting the firm political stance and high sense of responsibility of journalists, officials, and Party members towards the revolutionary cause of the Party.
