Nghe An equips personnel with skills and expertise in protecting the Party's ideological foundation.
On the afternoon of October 30th, the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee organized a training course on skills and professional practices in protecting the Party's ideological foundation and combating erroneous and hostile viewpoints in 2025.
Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Head of the Provincial Steering Committee 35 - attended the training course. Also present were representatives from provincial departments and agencies.
In his opening remarks at the training course, Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, emphasized: Over the years, the work of defending the Party's ideological foundation and refuting erroneous and hostile viewpoints has always received special attention and close guidance from the Party and State, directly from the Politburo, the Secretariat, the Provincial Party Committee, and the Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee. This is a key and ongoing political task for the entire Party, the entire people, and the entire army in the new situation.
Given the increasingly demanding requirements of ideological and theoretical work; propaganda and mass mobilization work; and the complex developments in the world, region, and the state, enhancing the political acumen, qualifications, and professional skills of the staff working in the Steering Committee for Task Force 35, as well as the experts and collaborators of the Steering Committee for Task Force 35 at all levels, is extremely necessary and urgent.
Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu urged the trainees to uphold a high sense of responsibility and proactiveness in their studies; strictly adhere to the operating regulations of the Steering Committee and the Working Group 35; and actively exchange and share practical experiences.
Through this, creative application to the practical tasks of agencies and units contributes to improving the effectiveness of propaganda, mass mobilization, and ideological and political work, strengthening the confidence of cadres, Party members, and the people in the Party's leadership.
The training course on skills and professional practices in protecting the Party's ideological foundation and combating erroneous and hostile viewpoints has equipped and updated new knowledge, shared experiences, and skills in the work of combating, identifying, and refuting erroneous and hostile viewpoints.
The training course helps trainees master the methods and skills of writing news articles and disseminating information through mass media and social networks, contributing to improving the effectiveness of propaganda and shaping public opinion.
During the training course, delegates listened to speakers delivering practical topics, updating them on the latest situation, methods, and tactics of hostile forces; skills in identifying and refuting harmful and toxic information on the internet; and ways to organize forces, build, operate, and effectively utilize pages, groups, and accounts for ideological struggle and protecting the Party's foundation.
