(Baonghean.vn) - Vinh City Police have successfully cracked case 516M, dismantling an inter-provincial drug trafficking ring operating from Lang Son to Vinh.

Following a period of surveillance and investigation, the Vinh City Police recently arrested Cao Duc Hung, born in 1970, residing in Tan Tien Ward, Hung Dung Commune, and Pham Van Tam, born in 1973, residing in Hamlet 2, Hung Chinh Commune, on Phan Dinh Phung Street, Block 6B. They are accused of illegally buying and selling narcotics. The seized evidence included 1.02 kg of methamphetamine.

Expanding the investigation, Vinh City Police, in coordination with Lang Son Provincial Police, verified and subsequently arrested Hoang Van Toan, born in 1992, residing in Tan Thanh commune, Van Lang district, Lang Son province, as an individual involved in an inter-provincial drug trafficking ring.
