Nghe An province has established 3,340 new models of effective mass mobilization in various fields.

On the afternoon of July 12th, the Provincial Steering Committee for the "Effective Mass Mobilization" emulation movement held a meeting to review the emulation movement's performance during the first six months of the year and to implement key tasks for the remaining six months of 2023. Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu – Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Provincial Steering Committee for the "Effective Mass Mobilization" emulation movement – ​​chaired the meeting.

Also attending were members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee: Ngoc Kim Nam – Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department; Le Hong Vinh – Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; and Nguyen Thi Kim Chi – Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc.

3,340 new collective and individual model projects were established.

In the first six months of 2023, the Steering Committee intensified the development and implementation of "Effective Mass Mobilization" models in the fields of economics, culture, society, national defense, security, and political system building, linking them with political tasks, socio-economic development, and new rural development at the local and unit levels.

The entire province has established 3,340 new collective and individual models (2,700 collective models and 640 individual models). These include nearly 1,000 economic models, over 1,600 cultural and social models, 360 national defense and security models, and over 360 models related to Party building and the political system.

The content of the emulation movement closely follows reality, meets the requirements and demands of life, and creates trust, support, and high consensus among the people.

The "Effective Mass Mobilization" emulation movement throughout the province has made a positive contribution to the recovery and development of socio-economic activities, ensuring national defense and security, and maintaining political stability and social order in the province.

However, some Party committees and local authorities have not fully utilized their roles and responsibilities, and have not been proactive in leading and directing the development of "effective mass mobilization" models; in some places, implementation remains superficial. Some units are still hesitant in organizing and registering to implement "effective mass mobilization" models. The results of building and replicating "effective mass mobilization" models in the economic field are still limited, lacking breakthroughs, and building models in religious areas remains challenging.

During the conference, members of the Steering Committee reported on and shared best practices regarding exemplary models of effective mass mobilization in various fields; they also discussed difficulties and proposed recommendations to spread and enhance the effectiveness of the movement.

Some delegates suggested the need for a set of criteria to evaluate the "Effective Mass Mobilization" model, in order to widely identify truly effective and exemplary models.

Creating a ripple effect in the community.

Concluding the conference, Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu – Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee – stated that the implementation, maintenance, and expansion of "Effective Mass Mobilization" models in various fields have shown many localities adopting new, creative, practical, and highly effective approaches, creating a ripple effect in the community and consensus among the people; contributing positively to the recovery and development of socio-economic affairs; and maintaining national security and defense.

In outlining the key tasks for the last six months of 2023, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hoang Nghia Hieu emphasized: The implementation of emulation movements must be carried out harmoniously in two directions, including listening to feedback and engaging in dialogue with the people; absorbing initiatives from the grassroots, especially those in the implementation of the "Skilled Mass Mobilization" emulation movement, so that people understand their rights and responsibilities in participating in the movement.

At the same time, the "Effective Mass Mobilization" movement must share the concerns and feedback of the people, mobilizing the entire population to create national unity with the goal of successfully fulfilling the political tasks of the province, locality, and unit.

The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested that the members of the Steering Committee continue to promote and implement the "Skilled Mass Mobilization" emulation movement and Directive No. 05 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on improving the effectiveness of the "Skilled Mass Mobilization" emulation movement in all levels and sectors; and to anticipate negative impacts based on the actual situation.

From there, continue to implement the "Effective Mass Mobilization" emulation movement in state agencies, governments, the Fatherland Front, political and social organizations, and the armed forces, linking it with the political tasks of the locality and unit; in accordance with the will of the people. At the same time, build, maintain, and expand the "Effective Mass Mobilization" model in all fields.

Effectively implement the inspection and recognition of "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models and exemplary cases; summarize and evaluate the results of the "Skilled Mass Mobilization" emulation movement in 2023, and commend exemplary cases of "Skilled Mass Mobilization" according to regulations.

Encourage agencies, units, and reporters to participate in the 2023 journalism competition on exemplary "Effective Mass Mobilization" models and best practices in Nghe An province, and organize the judging and awarding of prizes to deserving works and models.
