Accordingly, the passenger bus with license plate 22B-005.30 was driven by Nguyen Manh Ha (born in 1978, residing in Phuc Yen city, Vinh Phuc province) from North to South. When reaching the above kilometer, the bus encountered rain and slippery road, causing the driver to lose control of the wheel and cause an accident.
As a result, the passenger bus overturned in the middle of the road, was severely damaged, and belongings flew all over the road.
At this time, 4 injured people were taken to 115 General Hospital for emergency treatment.
