Nghe An: Truck plunges into abyss, driver dies, people collect rice for owner

At around 6:00 p.m. on November 24, on National Highway 7A, passing through Son Thanh village, Ta Ca commune, Ky Son district, a truck plunged into a 50m deep abyss, all the goods on the truck were rice.

Truck with Lao license plate U2 - 3536, driven by Nguyen Dinh Tu (born 1982), from Dien Chau district, Nghe An, died on the spot.

Immediately after the accident, Ky Son district authorities were present at the scene to remove the driver's body from the cabin.

At the scene, the front of the truck was crushed, tons of food spilled out.

On the morning of November 25, authorities and people of Ky Son district continued to protect the scene, regulate traffic and help the owner collect the spilled rice into bags.
