Actor Thanh Hoang passed away on the evening of July 26th in Ho Chi Minh City. He had been battling nasopharyngeal cancer for several years. Recently, the actor's health had deteriorated, and he had lost a lot of weight.

The body of Meritorious Artist Thanh Hoàng will be prepared for burial on the morning of July 27th, then taken to the Lê Quý Đôn funeral home (District 3). The funeral procession will take place on Sunday morning, July 29th.
