Husband suspected of killing wife with a hammer and then hanging himself.
Upon returning home and finding her mother nowhere to be seen, V. ran to look for her and discovered her mother lying dead in a pool of blood, while her father had hanged himself from a melaleuca tree behind the house.

About 15 minutes later, when V. went to the back of the house, she saw her mother, Huynh Thi Kim T. (born in 1985), lying dead in a pool of blood, next to a blood-stained hammer. Beside her was her father, Tran Ngoc H. (born in 1979), who had died by hanging himself from a melaleuca tree. Overwhelmed with panic and fear, V. screamed for help from the surrounding residents.
Upon receiving the report, the police of Hoa Lien commune (Hoa Vang district, Da Nang) arrived to secure and cordon off the scene.
At approximately 4:30 PM on the same day, after the scene investigation and autopsy, Mr. H.'s body was taken to the morgue. Ms. T.'s body was taken back to her home by the authorities for burial.
Sources from the Hoa Vang District Police indicate that the initial cause of death is believed to be that Mr. H. used a hammer to strike Mrs. T., causing her immediate death. The husband then hanged himself after committing the crime.
The entire case file has now been transferred from the Hoa Vang District Police to the Da Nang City Police for handling.
According to the victim's family, Mr. H. left home a year ago due to business losses and debts. Two days ago, he returned to his wife's house. The tragic incident occurred around noon on September 22nd.
