Husband suspected of using hammer to kill wife then hang himself
Coming home and not seeing her mother anywhere, V. immediately ran to look for her and discovered her mother lying dead in a pool of blood, and her father hanging himself on a cajuput tree behind the house.

About 15 minutes later, when V. went to the back of the house, he saw his mother, Huynh Thi Kim T. (born in 1985), lying dead in a pool of blood, next to a bloody nail hammer. Next to her was Tran Ngoc H. (born in 1979), V.'s father, who had died hanging from a cajuput tree. Panicked and scared, V. screamed for help from the people living nearby.
Upon receiving the news, the police of Hoa Lien commune (Hoa Vang district, Da Nang) were present to protect and block off the scene.
At around 4:30 p.m. the same day, after the scene investigation and autopsy, Mr. H.'s body was taken to the morgue. The authorities took Mrs. T.'s body to her private home for burial.
According to a source from the Hoa Vang District Police, the initial cause was determined to be that Mr. H. used a hammer to hit Mrs. T., causing the victim to die on the spot. The husband hanged himself after committing the crime.
Currently, the entire case file has been transferred by Hoa Vang District Police to Da Nang City Police for handling.
According to the victim’s family, Mr. H. left home a year ago due to business losses and debt. Two days ago, Mr. H. returned to his wife’s house. At noon on September 22, the heartbreaking incident occurred.
