The households receiving support are located in high areas, with narrow roads, so vehicles such as excavators cannot be brought in to level the land. Mr. Hoang Xuan Bac - Commander of Nghi Thiet Commune Military Command said: Although it was very hard to work entirely by human power, the officers and soldiers of the district and locality all worked hard, with the highest determination to ensure the safety of people's lives and property.
