Nghi Loc: Mobile court sessions are being held for 4 criminal cases.

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of January 29th, at the Nghi Hop commune hall, the Nghi Loc District People's Court held a mobile trial for four criminal cases.

According to the indictment, at approximately 8:45 AM on August 31, 2015, Tran Quyet (born in 1988), residing in Thu Thuy Ward, Cua Lo Town, sold 6 packets of heroin to individuals in Nghi Loc Commune.

Applying Clause 2, Article 194 of the Penal Code, the People's Court of Nghi Loc District sentenced defendant Tran Quyet to 7 years and 6 months in prison.

Defendant Nguyen Thi Dinh was sentenced to 6 months in prison.

At this mobile court session, the defendant Nguyen Thi Dinh (born in 1973), from Hamlet 7, Dien Thai Commune (Dien Chau District), was arrested by Nghi Loc police while transporting 23.5 kg of firecrackers for sale.

The defendant, Chu Van Tai (born in 1991), residing in Hamlet 2, Nam Son Commune, Do Luong District, committed the crime of "Escaping from detention" while serving his sentence at the vegetable production area, Nghi Quang Commune, Prison No. 3, Ministry of Public Security.

The defendant, Nguyen Dinh Anh (born in 1992), residing in Nghi Hoa commune, Nghi Loc district, committed the crime of robbery.

Defendant Nguyen Dinh Anh was sentenced to 30 months in prison.

All defendants admitted their guilt. Applying the provisions of the Criminal Code, the District People's Court sentenced defendant Nguyen Thi Dinh to 6 months imprisonment; defendant Chu Van Tai to 12 months imprisonment; and defendant Nguyen Dinh Anh to 30 months imprisonment.
