US Congressman Calls for Arrest of Israeli Prime Minister
Democratic Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib has called on the International Criminal Court (ICC) to issue arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and other senior officials over the Jewish state's actions in the Gaza Strip, her press release was quoted by Fox News.
“It is now clearer than ever that we must end all U.S. military funding of Israel’s apartheid regime and demand that President Biden facilitate an immediate, permanent ceasefire,” Tlaib said.

She refused to see it as a coincidence that, shortly after the US released aid to Israel without any human rights conditions, Benjamin Netanyahu “launched a ground invasion into Rafah.”
“I call on the ICC (International Criminal Court) to immediately issue arrest warrants for Mr. Netanyahu and other senior Israeli officials to bring them to justice,” the statement said.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on April 29 asked US President Joe Biden to help prevent the International Criminal Court from issuing arrest warrants for senior Israeli officials accused of crimes in the Gaza Strip.
