Nghia Hong received the certificate of recognition of the commune meeting New Rural standards.

(Baonghean.vn) -On the morning of April 23, the Party Committee, government and people of Nghia Hong commune, Nghia Dan district solemnly held a ceremony to receive the certificate of recognition of the commune meeting the National New Rural Standards in 2015.

Attending the ceremony were comrade Vi Luu Binh - Deputy Director of the Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Chief of the Office of the National Target Program on New Rural Construction; comrade Vi Van Dinh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Nghia Dan district; district and local leaders and a large number of people from all walks of life in Nghia Hong commune.

Parade to celebrate the ceremony of receiving the title of new rural commune.

Nghia Hong has 1,620 hectares spread over 14 hamlets, with a population of over 5,000 people. The Party Committee has 18 Party cells with 311 Party members, with the comparative advantage of a Farm commune with a high level of education. The commune is the 5th locality of Nghia Dan district to reach the new rural finish line in 2015. After more than 4 years of implementation, with the determination of the entire political system, the consensus and support of the people, the face of Nghia Hong's countryside has had positive changes.

The total resources for building the New Rural Area are over 321 billion VND, of which the people's contribution is 154 billion VND. All 14 hamlets have planned and built cultural houses and hamlet sports areas that meet standards. Along with mobilizing internal resources, the commune also maximizes investment capital, calling on successful children who are working far from home to contribute to building their homeland.

Comrade Vi Luu Binh awarded the certificate of recognition of the commune meeting the new rural standards and bonus to the Party Committee and people of Nghia Hong commune.

Thanks to the focus on promoting comprehensive economic development, people's lives have been increasingly improved, the average income of people and the poverty rate have decreased to 1.55%; the average income per capita in 2015 reached more than 21 million VND; the number of people of working age with regular jobs is 93%. The rate of cultural families reached more than 84%, 11/14 hamlets were recognized as cultural villages; 3/4 schools met national standards. The political system has been maintained, the face of the countryside is improving day by day.

District leaders reward collectives and individuals with achievements in building new rural areas.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of the province, Vi Luu Binh, congratulated and commended the achievements of the Party Committee and people of Nghia Hong, and hoped that the commune would promote the achievements, unite, unify, constantly improve and enhance quality to sustainably develop the achieved criteria, and build an increasingly prosperous commune.

On this occasion, the Provincial People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 4 collectives and 4 individuals; the District People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 4 collectives and 4 individuals with outstanding achievements in the movement of joining hands to build New Rural Areas.
