(Baonghean.vn) - On the evening of July 28th, a serious fire broke out at Lach Quen port - Quynh Thuan, Quynh Luu district, destroying many fishing boats belonging to local fishermen. The fire spread rapidly, leaving many people helpless and only able to watch.
