The difficult traffic conditions have greatly affected the lives of the people, of which the most difficult is still health care. This is the village with the most upland rice cultivation in the commune with a total area of about 5 hectares and 1.8 hectares of rice fields. However, due to unstable productivity, most of the people depend on livestock farming and natural gathering. Some people work outside to earn extra income. Photo: Dinh Tuyen

Huoi Pung is also the only village in the commune that has not yet used the national electricity grid. Most of the people use electricity for lighting from homemade turbines on the stream. The electricity source is unstable and often broken, so it can only be used for lighting. Photo: Dinh Tuyen
