Not only Ms. Nguyet, currently people are not producing on the approved agricultural land area.
Quynh Vinh resettlement area,according toMr. Pham Van Hao, Head of the Town's Department of Natural Resources and Environment, said: The town has conducted a survey of the resettlement areas in Quynh Vinh commune, covering 10 hectares, with 219 affected households. People have made declarations, the town has completed inventory, pricing, and approved 100% of households; with an amount of 14.7 billion VND. Mr. Vu Le Hung - Chairman of Quynh Vinh Commune People's Committee said: At first, people did not understand and questioned the low compensation price, but the commune, hamlets, and organizations persistently campaigned until now, we confirm that 100% of the people agree.
In parallel with compensation for resettlement areas, the district and commune are clearing the land for the North-South Expressway. We can say that there are no days off, the mobilization committees work on Sundays and Saturdays to ensure progress. However, what we are concerned about is that while the people have agreed and the documents have been approved, many households have not yet received compensation in the resettlement area. In Quynh Trang, people have also agreed to give up land for the project.

Currently, Hoang Mai is compensating and clearing residential land, garden land, and forest land subject to highway compensation.
North-South Expressway has a tunnel through the mountain at Quynh Vinh
The North-South Expressway section through Hoang Mai town (Nghe An) has a total length of 9.985 km, passing through the two communes of Quynh Vinh and Quynh Trang.
Currently, Project Management Board 6 has transferred 140 billion VND (2019: 90 billion VND, 2020: 50 billion VND) to the town.
