Cao Cu Hung (born in 1980) in hamlet 9, Dong Tho, Dien Tho commune (Dien Chau) became disabled after an illness when he was 3 years old. His legs were atrophied, always cramped and unable to straighten, he practiced moving with his hands, determined to overcome by learning many jobs to make a living.
