Man had his leg cut off
While walking on the street in Hong Van commune, Thuong Tin district, a man was slashed in the leg by a person wearing a sun-protective shirt and a mask.
Thuong Tin District Police (Hanoi) said the incident happened at around 5:00 p.m. on July 15, at Van La slope, Hong Van commune. Police sent officers to protect the scene, and together with local people, took the victim to the emergency room. Initially, it was determined that the victim lived in Tu Nhien commune.

According to the leader of Tu Nhien commune, the man who was slashed "was a bad element, specializing in protecting gambling dens in Thuong Tin district and Hanoi city. It is not impossible that this was a mutual settlement."
The police are searching for the perpetrator.
