Man electrocuted to death while repairing pump
(Baonghean.vn) - While repairing the pump, the electricity suddenly came back on, causing Mr. V. to be electrocuted and die later.
At around 4:00 p.m. on July 28, Mr. NCV (born in 1959, residing in Hamlet 6, Nghia Hanh Commune, Tan Ky) went to fix his family's water pump after the power went out without turning off the circuit breaker. Five minutes later, the power suddenly came back on, and Mr. V. was electrocuted, holding the water pump in his arms, and then fainted.
When people heard Mr. V's scream and rushed to turn off the circuit breaker, Mr. V had already fallen down.
Upon hearing the news, staff from the District Medical Center arrived at the scene to provide emergency care, but Mr. V. was later pronounced dead.
Thus, within the past week, in Tan Ky district there have been 3 deaths due to electric shock, of which 2 occurred in Nghia Hanh commune.
