Man found dead on the side of the road, holding a syringe

(Baonghean.vn) – While herding buffalo, a child was shocked to discover the body of a man lying face down on the roadside, holding a syringe.

On June 19, speaking with reporters, Mr. Lo Van Ba, Chief of Quang Phong Commune Police, said that a man had just been found dead on the side of the road in the commune.

Accordingly, at about 8:30 a.m. on June 19, a child in Pao 1 village, Quang Phong commune, was herding buffalo when he discovered a dead man on the side of the road in Pao 1 village. Immediately afterward, the authorities arrived to record the scene, protect the scene, and report to higher authorities.

The victim's body was identified as Lo Van Vien (date of birth unknown), residing in Chau Phong commune (Quy Chau), who became a son-in-law in Quyn village, Quang Phong commune.

"When we sent our team to the scene, we discovered the body lying face down, holding a syringe in its right hand and the body was in the process of decomposing," said Mr. Ba.

"We are currently protecting the scene while waiting for superiors and the victim's family to come and work," Mr. Ba added.

It is known that Vien is a long-term drug addict.
