(Baonghean.vn) – While tending buffaloes, a young child was horrified to discover the body of a man lying face down on the roadside, holding a syringe in his hand.

On June 19th, in an interview with reporters, Mr. Lo Van Ba, Head of the Quang Phong Commune Police, stated that a man had been found dead under unusual circumstances by the roadside in the commune.
Accordingly, at around 8:30 AM on June 19th, a child in Pao 1 village, Quang Phong commune, while tending buffaloes, discovered a dead man by the roadside in Pao 1 village. Immediately afterwards, the authorities arrived to document the scene, secure the area, and report to higher authorities.
The deceased has been identified as Lo Van Vien (date of birth unknown), residing in Chau Phong commune (Quy Chau district), who had married into a family in Quyn village, Quang Phong commune.
"When we sent our team to the scene, we found the body lying face down, with a syringe in its right hand, and the body was in a state of decomposition," Mr. Ba said.
"Currently, we are securing the scene while waiting for higher authorities and the victim's family to arrive," Mr. Bá added.
It is known that Viện is a long-time drug addict.
