Fisherman discovers schoolgirl jumps into river to commit suicide.
(Baonghean.vn) - While fishing on the Bung River, a man spotted a female student standing on the Dien Quang bridge in Dien Chau district (Nghe An province) before jumping into the river to commit suicide.
According to local residents at the scene, at around 2 PM on November 22nd, while fishing on the Bung River, in the section passing through Dien Quang commune, a man saw someone suddenly jump from the railing of the Dien Quang bridge into the river.
Immediately afterwards, this person shouted for help from the surrounding people, and at the same time quickly rowed the boat to the location where the person had just jumped down.search for victimsHowever, due to the deep river, the victim died before being pulled ashore.
Initial identification indicates the victim is a female residing in Dien Hanh commune, Dien Chau district. She was a 12th-grade student at Dien Chau 3 High School (located in Dien Xuan commune, Dien Chau district).
Authorities are currently investigating the incident.
