At 00:35 on February 11th, the Fire and Rescue Command Center of the Nghe An Provincial Police received a report of a house fire at No. 4, Alley 30, Hong Bang Street, Quang Trung Ward, Vinh City.
The Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of the Provincial Police directed Fire and Rescue Team No. 1 to dispatch 2 fire trucks and 14 officers and soldiers to the scene to quickly deploy.fire fightingAct promptly to prevent the fire from spreading to surrounding areas.

The initial cause was determined to be that Mr. NQK (born in 1959), the homeowner, set the fire while intoxicated and then barricaded himself inside, preventing authorities from accessing the blaze.
Fortunately, local residents and authorities quickly broke down the door and rescued Mr. K. Before that, his wife had managed to safely carry their 5-year-old granddaughter out.
