In the early morning of December 16th, Mr. Nguyen Dinh N, born in 1991, residing in Block 9, Cau Giat town, was found dead at his home (suspected suicide by hanging), leaving behind his young wife and 6-month-old daughter.

According to neighbors, the couple had an argument the night before the suicide.
