Ms. Ly said that her family's rice field had only been planted for more than 2 months, and the rice was growing well when the floodwaters flooded over, causing most of it to collapse, and the rest to be buried under soil and sand. Although she wanted to renovate it, with a layer of sand and soil over 50cm thick, she was helpless.
