Mr. Phan Dinh Duong (born in 1962, residing in Hanh Lam commune, Thanh Chuong district) is one of 63 exemplary farmers nationwide honored by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Farmers' Association and awarded the title "Outstanding Vietnamese Farmer" in 2021. He is known for pioneering the cultivation of tea in the challenging Hanh Lam area (Thanh Chuong), creating momentum for local people to reclaim and develop this economically valuable crop. Now, tea cultivation has brought high income to his family, helping households here rise out of poverty and stabilize their lives.
