'Beautiful woman' sells drugs in the middle of the night.
At midnight, Nguyen Thi Luong was arrested by the police while attempting to sell drugs for profit.
The police in Ba Dinh district (Hanoi) announced that they have temporarily detained Nguyen Thi Luong (23 years old, from Yen My, Hung Yen province) for investigation into the illegal trafficking of narcotics.
Earlier, at approximately 11:40 PM on July 11th, a task force from the Drug Crime Investigation Team of the Ba Dinh District Police, while on patrol, spotted and inspected a woman exhibiting suspicious behavior in front of house number 15-17 Ngoc Khanh Street (Giang Vo Ward).
Upon inspection, authorities discovered the suspect was hiding a plastic bag containing two brown tablets and another plastic bag containing white crystals suspected to be drugs.
During questioning, the suspect confessed her name was Nguyen Thi Luong; all the tablets and white crystals were synthetic drugs that Luong had bought for 5.1 million VND to resell to customers for profit.
