'Beauty' sells drugs at midnight
At midnight, Nguyen Thi Luong was carrying drugs to sell for profit when she was arrested by the police.
Ba Dinh District Police (Hanoi) said they have detained Nguyen Thi Luong (23 years old, from Yen My, Hung Yen) to investigate the act of illegally buying and selling drugs.
Previously, at around 11:40 p.m. on July 11, a working group from the Drug Crime Investigation Team of Ba Dinh District Police was on patrol in front of house number 15-17 Ngoc Khanh Street (Giang Vo Ward), discovered and checked a female subject with suspicious signs.
Through inspection, the authorities discovered that the subject was hiding a plastic bag containing 2 brown tablets and a plastic bag containing white crystals suspected to be drugs.
During the investigation, the subject confessed that her name was Nguyen Thi Luong; all the white tablets and crystals were synthetic drugs that Luong bought for 5.1 million VND to sell to customers for profit.
