Arriving at the fields of farmers in Tam Thai commune, Tuong Duong district, a mountainous area, at around 8 PM (June 21st), we could see a very lively working atmosphere, always filled with the laughter and chatter of the farmers... Ms. Lo Thi Huong, from Lung village, Tam Thai commune, Tuong Duong district, said: "During the day, I take advantage of the time to pull up rice seedlings, and in the evening I have dinner early so that I can start planting in the fields around 5 PM. "Due to the dwindling workforce because many young people are going away to work, and the planting season is tight, many families have to hire extra laborers.
