According to the Dien Hong commune authorities in Dien Chau district, a woman recently died while swimming at Dien Thanh beach (Dien Thanh commune, Dien Chau district).
Accordingly, this morning (July 2nd), Ms. Y. (65 years old, residing in Hong Thinh hamlet, Dien Hong commune, Dien Chau district) and 5-6 friends went swimming at Dien Thanh beach.
At that time, the group of friends went down to the sea to swim, but Mrs. Y. only swam near the shore. However, when they came back up, they couldn't find Mrs. Y. anywhere, so they panicked and searched for her. They then found her lying motionless near the beach.
Although she was rushed to the hospital for emergency treatment, Mrs. Y. unfortunately did not survive.
According to local officials, Ms. Y. had several underlying health conditions.
