In her professional work, Ms. Vo Thi Ngoc Van consistently demonstrates meticulousness, a scientific approach, and efficiency. She meticulously manages incoming and outgoing documents, ensuring complete and accurate storage both on paper and in electronic software systems, preventing errors and delays. As a member of the internal audit team for the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, she diligently implements the 5S program and continuously improves document management processes within the unit.
She also strictly adheres to regulations regarding the use and safekeeping of seals, and is responsible for protecting state secrets. In the field of archiving, she collects, organizes, destroys, and catalogs documents in accordance with regulations, ensuring confidentiality and ease of access and use.
A highlight of her work is her pioneering application of information technology. She is proficient in using work management software, digitally signing electronic documents, and creating work files online, while actively utilizing email to improve efficiency and save time. Her outstanding initiatives, such as applying G-Suite in digital signature statistics and work file creation (2020), developing a multiple-choice quiz to raise awareness of 5S, and the project "Building a document management application for meetings using QR codes" (2021), have all been recognized and widely implemented by Power Generation Corporation 1. By 2025, she continues to develop further initiatives and ideas for administrative reform, which are currently under review.
Besides her professional expertise, she is also a passionate driving force in the company's union activities. As the deputy head of the grassroots trade union, she is always exemplary, dedicated, and meticulous in organizing collective activities. At the same time, she is also a key figure in the unit's arts and culture scene, having represented the company numerous times and achieved high results in arts and culture competitions organized by Vietnam Electricity Group and Power Generation Corporation 1.
In recognition of her significant contributions, she has been awarded many important titles and commendations such as the title of Advanced Worker continuously from 2020 to 2024, a Certificate of Merit from the Ministry of Industry and Trade in 2014, a Certificate of Commendation from EVNGENCO1 in 2017, the title of Emulation Soldier at the grassroots level in 2021, and the Commemorative Medal "For the Cause of Archival and Records Management" from the Ministry of Interior in 2022.

Behind her meticulous and responsible work at the office, Ms. Vo Thi Ngoc Van is also a woman wholeheartedly devoted to her family – the place where she dedicates all her love, silent sacrifices, and the strength of her character as a mother and wife.
Her husband, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hai, a repair workshop engineer, frequently has to work away from home due to the nature of his job, leaving him with little time for the family. In this context, Ms. Van single-handedly shoulders almost all the responsibilities of caring for and educating the children, managing the finances, and running the household. Yet, she has never complained, always striving to arrange everything efficiently so that she not only fulfills her roles as a mother and wife but also excels at her work.

Her devoted care and timely strictness have helped her children grow and achieve impressive academic results. Her eldest daughter won third prize nationally in Literature – a remarkable achievement in a fiercely competitive educational environment. Furthermore, her second daughter continued the family's academic tradition by excelling and winning first prize at the provincial level in Physics. These achievements are not only the result of the children's individual efforts but also a vivid testament to the dedicated upbringing, enduring sacrifice, and unwavering spirit of their mother.
Besides taking care of her children's education, she also always maintains a harmonious and warm home where every member feels cared for and loved. She often says, "No matter how much you accomplish in society, if you can't maintain peace and happiness at home, it's incomplete." Perhaps that's why, no matter how busy she is, she always makes time to listen to and share with her husband and children, so that the family truly becomes a strong emotional support for everyone.
