Vietnamese people in the UAE are ready to cheer on the Vietnamese national team.
(Baonghean.vn) - Vietnamese fans in Dubai, UAE are eagerly planning to cheer on the Vietnamese national team in tonight's match against Indonesia in the 2022 World Cup qualifiers.
To further fuel the Vietnamese national team's enthusiasm, Vietnamese people living and working in Dubai, UAE, have planned to encourage everyone to cheer on Coach Park Hang Seo's team. Ms. Dinh Nguyet Anh, a resident of the UAE, excitedly shared: "In the past few days, since hearing the news that the Vietnamese national team is coming to the UAE to play, people here have been very excited. On the very first day the team arrived, everyone organized a welcome at the airport, and then planned to cheer them on in the upcoming matches."

Ms. Nguyet Anh shared that getting a ticket wasn't difficult, however, the UAE's COVID-19 prevention regulations were very strict. According to the regulations, those wishing to enter the stadium to watch the match had to have received two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine and have a PCR test result before the match began.
Upon arriving at the ticket gate, in addition to presenting their e-ticket, fans must also present a certificate proving completion of the Covid-19 vaccination program via the UAE mobile app. Furthermore, fans must have a negative Covid-19 test result within the past 48 hours and must be over 16 years old.

As of now, approximately 300 tickets for the Vietnam - Indonesia match have been sold. Those who are not eligible to enter the stadium will organize cheering outside, then gather at a designated location to watch via projector. Ms. Anh added: "Although we can't go inside, we believe that Coach Park Hang Seo and his team can feel the affection of the Vietnamese people here, through the cheers from outside. Flags, drums, and banners are ready; we're just waiting for the time to head to the stadium where the Vietnamese national team is playing."
Al Maktoum Stadium has a maximum capacity of 15,058 spectators. According to AFC regulations, the organizers are only allowed to sell tickets equivalent to 30% of the stadium's capacity, or 4,518 tickets, which will be divided equally between Vietnamese and Indonesian fans.
Vietnamese fans will be able to purchase 158 tickets at a price of 125 AED (approximately 150,000 Vietnamese dong), seated in Stand A, CAT 1 Right section near the VIP area.
The 25 AED ticket includes 2101 seats in Stand B, sections 13 to 15. Seating is spaced out in accordance with Covid-19 prevention regulations.
To date, approximately 300 tickets for the Vietnam - Indonesia match have been sold. In addition to purchasing tickets, fans wishing to attend the match must strictly adhere to Covid-19 prevention regulations.
The match between the Vietnam and Indonesia national teams will take place at 8:45 PM (UAE time) at Al Maktoum Stadium, Dubai.
