A few days later, Sophie emailed Trudeau, but Trudeau was not ready for a serious relationship and did not respond. But fate arranged everything. They accidentally met again that summer, and Trudeau started asking her out. They had dinner at a restaurant and went to a bar, singing karaoke to Elton John and Beatles songs in a private room. At the end of the day, Justin Trudeau whispered to her: "You came to me. It's been 32 years and now I'm thinking about you - the person I thought would never appear. I'll wait for you all my life." |
