Specifically, earlier, at around 11:00 AM on November 28, 2022, Mr. Bui Van Ng. (born in 1988), residing in Hamlet 2, Tang Thanh Commune, returned home from work as a laborer, having already consumed alcohol.frictionwith his wife, Ms. Tran Thi L (born in 1989), causing Ms. L to fall and sustain injuries. Although she was taken to the hospital promptly, she passed away that same afternoon.
