According to information from the Central Council for the Protection of Cadre Health, Comrade Tran Duc Luong, born on May 5, 1937, former member of the Politburo and former President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, after a period of illness, despite the dedicated care and attention from the Party, the State, a team of professors and doctors, and his family, passed away at 10:51 PM on May 20, 2025, at his home, at the age of 88, due to old age and weak health.
