On the afternoon of June 3, the Central Organizing Committee held an online conference to contribute comments on the draft Summary Report on the implementation of Conclusion No. 18-KL/TW, dated September 22, 2017 of the Secretariat and the draft Directive "Innovation and improvement of the quality of Party cell activities in the new period".

Mr. Nguyen Quang Duong was appointed Secretary of Bac Lieu Provincial Party Committee.

On the morning of November 30, at the headquarters of the Bac Lieu Provincial Party Committee, Mr. Pham Minh Chinh - Head of the Central Organization Committee - announced the decision of the Politburo to transfer and assign Mr. Nguyen Quang Duong - Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Agencies - to hold the position of Secretary of the Bac Lieu Provincial Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term.
