In Article 23,The 2024 Road Traffic Law stipulates the following:Install road signs.as follows:
- Regarding the principles of installing traffic lights:
a) The lamp face must be facing the opposite direction of traffic and positioned in a way that allows road users to easily observe it;
b) The vertical order of traffic signal installation is as follows: red light at the top, yellow light in the middle, and green light at the bottom;
c) The horizontal order of traffic signal installation is as follows: red light on the left, yellow light in the middle, and green light on the right in the direction of travel;

d) After installation, the traffic signal system must be tested by the investor and the road management agency to ensure it meets the requirements of road traffic organization before acceptance and commissioning.
- Regarding the principles for installing road traffic signs:
a) The sea is facing the opposite direction of travel;
b) Placed on the right side or above the roadway. In some specific cases, additional signs may be placed on the left side in the direction of travel to guide and inform road users;
c) Place it in a location where it can be easily observed and used by road users;
d) Supplementary signs are used in combination to provide additional explanations for prohibition signs, warning signs, mandatory signs, and directional signs.
-Regarding the principles of road marking:
a) Road markings are a form of road signage drawn on the road surface and on road infrastructure;
b) Road markings can be arranged independently or in combination with road signs or traffic lights.
