Container boarding house for students

Quang Ngai is testing a boarding house model made from containers to solve the lack of accommodation for students in mountainous areas.

In recent days, people passing by the Square, Quang Ngai City were curious and surprised to see a series of containers set up here. What is special is that these containers were decorated and modified into quite cute houses with full amenities. Many young people and parents brought their children to take pictures with these interesting houses.

This is a pilot model of container boarding houses implemented by HELP Social Joint Stock Company, aiming to deploy to mountainous districts in Quang Ngai province.

Close-up inside the house, students can rest assured that they have a safe place to shelter from the sun and rain.

Currently, ethnic minority students in mountainous districts drop out of school because they have to travel long and uncertain journeys to get to school, or set up tents around the school area to study, while the number of boarding houses for students is still too small.
