Investors request to increase toll collection at 2 Ben Thuy BOT stations
The investor of the Vinh city bypass project, Nghe An province, and the project to upgrade and expand National Highway 1, section south of Ben Thuy bridge - Ha Tinh city bypass, has just proposed to the Ministry of Transport to allow an increase in road toll collection at Ben Thuy and Ben Thuy 2 toll stations.
The reason for the fee increase is explained by the investor as ensuring payment of most of the project expenses such as maintenance, operation, toll collection management, principal and interest payments to the bank according to the signed credit contract and not causing too much imbalance in capital sources.
