A three-room stilt house in Nghe An was completely destroyed by fire at 3 am.
Late at night, a stilt house belonging to a family in the remote Muong Xen commune (Nghe An province) was completely destroyed by fire.
According to information from the local authorities of Muong Xen commune, a serious house fire recently occurred in Huoi Giang 3 village (formerly Tay Son commune).

Specifically, at 3:00 AM on August 15th, a serious fire broke out at the home of Mr. Vu Nhia Xu in Huoi Giang 3 village. The flames quickly rose high, and coupled with limited firefighting equipment, the entire house and all its contents were destroyed.

Immediately after receiving the report, the local police, military, and residents quickly mobilized forces and equipment to extinguish the fire.
However, because the three-room wooden house contained many flammable materials, the fire spread rapidly, and the local forces were unable to control it in time, resulting in the house being completely burned down. Initial estimates of the damage exceed 300 million VND.
On the morning of August 15th, local authorities visited and provided initial support to the affected family.
The cause of the fire is currently being investigated by the authorities.
