Ecopark Founder is a Strong Vietnamese Brand 2025
Ecopark founder was honored as a strong Vietnamese brand in 2025. The award, organized by Vietnam Economic Magazine, aims to honor prestigious brands that play an important leading role in the country's key and spearhead economic sectors.
On the afternoon of October 2, the Vietnam Strong Brand 2025 Program was organized by Vietnam Economic Magazine. At the event, the founder of Ecopark - a pioneer in developing green and sustainable real estate in Vietnam was honored as Vietnam Strong Brand 2025. This is the 5th consecutive year that the Ecopark brand has been honored in this particularly impressive category.
Ecopark founder representative said: "The Vietnam Strong Brand Award continues to affirm the prestige, quality, and value of the investor as well as the process of creating projects in the real estate market. This is also an encouragement for us to continue creating quality products to serve customers and the community."
Mr. Chu Van Lam - Chairman of the Editorial Board of Vietnam Economic Magazine said that after 22 years, the Vietnam Strong Brand Award 2025 has been organized to honor prestigious brands that play an important leading role in the country's key and spearhead economic sectors.
Strong Vietnamese Brands 2025 are voted based on 5 basic criteria. First, business results. Second, reputation and brand value of the enterprise. Third, implementation of social responsibility and corporate culture. Fourth, innovation activities in the enterprise. Fifth, capacity to reach international standards and integrate with the world.
The founder of Ecopark is the investor of green, sustainable real estate projects in Vietnam. In the North, Ecopark urban area (nearly 500 hectares wide, 14 km from Hoan Kiem Lake) is the first project of the founder of Ecopark. In 2015, Ecopark urban area surpassed more than 2,000 famous projects of many global real estate corporations, honored by the International Property Awards as the urban area with the most beautiful landscape design in the world. In addition, Ecopark urban area also won many other major awards such as: Best Complex Urban Area in Asia - Pacific at IPA 2018, Urban Area with the most beautiful landscape design in the world at IPA 2020, Best Megacity in Asia - Pacific at PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards 2020...

After 3 years of implementing the project, nearly 200 hectares of land were reclaimed and washed away, 10,000 shade trees were planted, covering 180,000 square meters; 21 hectares of connected water surface created a microclimate, cooling, restraining Lao wind, providing humidity to help the temperature be 5°C lower than the surrounding area,... creating a valuable living space for thousands of families.
In the South, the founder of Ecopark is creating the first urban forest retreat (therapy, recovery, regeneration), named Eco Retreat (220ha, West of Ho Chi Minh City), becoming a model ecological urban area in the South.

According to the investor representative, the Eco Retreat project also contributes to solving the "compressed urban" problem of Ho Chi Minh City in the face of increasingly strict demands from residents on the quality of the living environment and solutions to generational problems.
