This is also an encouragement for us to continue creating quality products to serve customers and the community."
Mr. Chu Van Lam, Chairman of the Editorial Board of Vietnam Economic Magazine, stated that, after 22 years, the Vietnam Strong Brand Award 2025 is organized to honor prestigious brands that play a crucial leading role in key and leading economic sectors of the nation.

The Vietnam Strong Brands 2025 awards are based on five fundamental criteria. Firstly, business performance. Secondly, the reputation and brand value of the enterprise. Thirdly, the fulfillment of social responsibility and corporate culture. Fourthly, innovation within the enterprise. Fifthly, the capacity to expand internationally and integrate with the world.

The founder of Ecopark is an investor in green and sustainable real estate projects in Vietnam. In the North, the Ecopark urban area (nearly 500 hectares, 14 km from Hoan Kiem Lake) is the founder's first project. In 2015, Ecopark surpassed more than 2,000 renowned projects from many global real estate corporations and was honored by the International Property Awards as the world's most beautifully designed urban area. In addition, Ecopark has won many other major awards such as: Best Mixed-Use Development in Asia-Pacific at IPA 2018, World's Most Beautifully Designed Urban Area at IPA 2020, Best Megacity in Asia-Pacific at PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards 2020...

Ecopark's development journey has also been the period of forming a community that loves green living in the satellite areas of Hanoi. The presence of Ecopark has changed and met the needs of a segment of society regarding urban development, emphasizing standards and quality services aimed at a peaceful life, where the living standards and environment are on par with the criteria of leading cities worldwide. Many experts believe that the green vision of the Ecopark developer and the practical experience of urban development have contributed to creating a green mindset and a more humane, environmentally friendly lifestyle for modern urban residents.

Ecopark's appeal is proven by many compelling statistics. To date, the Ecopark urban area has over 50,000 residents from more than 30 nationalities. Ecopark is a rare urban area that has successfully built a distinctive culture with continuously organized cultural and sports activities, fostering connection and interaction among its residents. The green city of Ecopark has also become a new center and a highlight urban area of Hung Yen province, a place where activities to stimulate consumption and promote local culture regularly take place.

In its journey to develop livable areas, in Nghe An province, in 2023, the founder of Ecopark created the largest green project in Central Vietnam - Eco Central Park (nearly 200 hectares, in Truong Vinh ward). Also in 2023, the detailed planning project for the Eco Central Park urban area was honored with the Gold Award - National Urban Planning Award. The award aims to honor outstanding planning projects that are creative and innovative, and projects that have been invested in, developed, and have a positive social impact and environmental protection in cities nationwide.

After 3 years of project implementation, nearly 200 hectares of land have been reclaimed to remove acidity and salinity, 10,000 shade trees have been planted, greening 180,000 m²; 21 hectares of interconnected water bodies create a microclimate, cooling and mitigating the hot, dry winds from Laos, providing moisture and keeping temperatures 5°C lower than in neighboring areas, creating a valuable living space for thousands of families.

In Southern Vietnam, the founder of Ecopark is creating the first forest retreat urban area, named Eco Retreat (220 hectares, west of Ho Chi Minh City), to become a model ecological urban area in the South.

According to the founder of Ecopark, Eco Retreat was created not to build another city, but to create a forest, a green and therapeutic living space, where residents can find balance, connect with nature, and regenerate energy, becoming the best version of themselves. The project offers a new lifestyle for city dwellers, not just a place to live, but a living space rich in health, emotion, creativity, and sustainability, where humans and nature are in harmony.
According to the investor's representative, the Eco Retreat project also contributes to solving the "dense urbanization" problem of Ho Chi Minh City in response to the increasingly stringent demands of residents for quality of life and solutions to generational issues.
