Car recovered after being stolen a year ago.

(Baonghean.vn) - On December 29th, the Mobile Police Unit of the Nghe An Provincial Police returned a motorbike to Mr. Phung Minh Tu (born in 1968), residing in Ky Ninh commune, Ky Anh district, Ha Tinh province.

Accordingly, at approximately 10 PM on July 9, 2017, a task force from the Mobile Police Company of the Nghe An Provincial Police Department, while on duty on Truong Chinh Street in Vinh City, spotted a young man driving a motorcycle with license plate 36M2 - 4859 violating traffic safety regulations. The task force signaled him to stop for an administrative check.

Upon inspection, the driver was unable to present the relevant documents and left the vehicle behind, so the task force drew up a report and temporarily seized the vehicle, taking it to the headquarters.

Verification of the chassis and engine numbers at the Road and Rail Traffic Police Department of Nghe An Provincial Police revealed that the license plate was fake. The owner of the vehicle is Mr. Phung Minh Tu.

Present at the Mobile Police Department headquarters to retrieve his vehicle, Mr. Tú stated that the car was stolen in November 2016 when his wife parked it at a coffee shop in Vinh City.

After completing all the necessary paperwork, representatives from the Mobile Police Company returned the vehicle to Mr. Phung Minh Tu.
