Vietnam spent over $2.6 billion importing corn in the first 11 months of 2025, with the average price increasing by 2.5%.
According to data from the Customs Department, corn imports in the first 11 months of 2025 reached nearly 10.47 million tons. Although the total import value decreased by 3.5%, the average import price still increased slightly compared to 2024.

Corn imports in 2025 are projected to decrease by 4.8% in volume, reaching over 11.9 million tons.
Vietnam's total corn imports in 2025 are expected to reach over $2.95 billion, a decrease of 2.9% compared to the previous year, while the average import price increased slightly by 2.1%.
