Tasks of the Standing Committees of Provincial and Municipal Party Committees

In Conclusion No. 177-KL/TW dated July 11, 2025, the Politburo and the Secretariat of the Central Committee requested the Standing Committees of provincial and city Party Committees to lead and direct the establishment of two new Party Committees (or Party Branches) of agencies directly under the commune-level Party Committees; and to uniformly implement the policy that the Party Committee Secretary and the Chairman of the People's Committee at the commune level be appointed to participate in the military Party Branch at the same level, in accordance with Regulation No. 294-QĐ/TW dated May 26, 2025, of the Central Committee of the Party on the implementation of the Party Charter and Party activities at the workplace.
