Mr. Nguyen Manh Ha - Chairman of Nghi Phong Commune People's Committee said: The locality does not allow people to litter, especially on major roads such as Vinh - Cua Lo Boulevard. Therefore, the locality will immediately inspect and handle this spontaneous landfill, and at the same time assign patrol forces.
