(Baonghean.vn) - Many agencies and units believe that mass mobilization work is the responsibility of the Mass Mobilization Department and the Fatherland Front, and other mass organizations; they have not fully recognized their own responsibility to carry out mass mobilization work.

On the afternoon of October 12th, the Party Committee of the Bloc of Provincial Agencies in Nghe An Province held a seminar on improving the quality of mass mobilization work within the Bloc of Provincial Agencies. In his opening remarks, the Secretary of the Party Committee of the Bloc of Provincial Agencies assessed that, in recent years, mass mobilization work in the agencies and units under the Bloc's Party Committee has seen many positive changes.

“The awareness and understanding of mass mobilization work and the responsibilities of State agencies, cadres, and civil servants, especially the heads of State administrative agencies, have made significant progress. Attitudes of respect for the people, democracy, and transparency with the people, and the handling of citizen complaints have improved; skills, expertise, and responsibility in mass mobilization work are being nurtured and specifically regulated in the rules and regulations on the code of conduct for civil servants and public employees,” affirmed Comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Huong.

Despite the achievements, mass mobilization work within the agencies of the Bloc still faces limitations, weaknesses, and emerging issues that need to be addressed.

The head of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc also pointed out: "Many agencies, units, leaders, and state officials and employees have not fully understood the role of mass mobilization work and their responsibility to carry out mass mobilization work, even believing that mass mobilization work is the responsibility of the Mass Mobilization Department and the Fatherland Front, and other mass organizations."

At the conference, 12 presentations were given by agencies and units such as the Party Branch of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department, the Party Committee of the Provincial Social Insurance Department, the Trade Union of Civil Servants, the Party Committee of the Provincial Political School, the Party Committee of the Department of Construction, etc., focusing on exchanging and discussing to clarify the following contents: disseminating information and propaganda to raise awareness among cadres, Party members, civil servants, and public employees about mass mobilization work; the responsibility of Party organizations, leaders of agencies and units, and mass organizations in supervising the implementation of mass mobilization work; inspecting and supervising the implementation of mass mobilization work and grassroots democracy regulations; strengthening coordination between agencies and units in mass mobilization work…
