Specifically, police units and localities will guide candidates to self-declare their personal information using the provided form and require candidates and their families to make a pledge regarding political standards. Only candidates who meet the political standards will be considered for admission to police academies. Candidates who violate the pledges made in their self-declared personal information will not be considered.

At the conference, Colonel Ho Van Tu - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Provincial Police Department - requested that police units identify the recruitment of police officers as a crucial strategic task in building the police force; and organize effective information and propaganda campaigns to widely disseminate information about police recruitment so that students are aware and can register to apply.

Police leaders in districts, cities, and towns, as well as related units, must focus on close supervision, regularly inspect and urge the process, and assign capable and highly responsible officers to implement it, creating all favorable conditions for students to register for admission while ensuring strict control and preventing errors.
