Many innovations in propaganda work.

In 2018, the propaganda and education work in the districts and towns within the cluster made great efforts to complete a large volume of work, with many innovations, making an important contribution to the implementation of Party building work in general and propaganda and education work in particular. The Propaganda and Education Departments of the units in the cluster actively and proactively advised the Party committees on the implementation of studying and understanding the Party's Directives and Resolutions.

The sector has promptly advised and proposed solutions to effectively carry out propaganda work, contributing to stabilizing the political and ideological situation in the locality, and promoting the successful implementation of the goals and tasks of the 12th National Party Congress Resolution, the 18th Provincial Party Congress Resolution, and the Resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels for the 2015-2020 term. Information and propaganda work, political theory and Party history, science and education, culture, and arts have achieved many positive results, creating an atmosphere of enthusiasm and confidence among the people in the cause of building and protecting the homeland.

During the conference, the Propaganda Departments of the districts and towns in the cluster shared successful models and best practices such as: the "Lighting Up Dreams Fund," the "Savings Waste Basket"; "Building a Strong Political System" in Thai Hoa; Quy Hop with the model of "donating breeding buffaloes and cows, providing capital for livestock and crop farming," supporting the construction of solidarity houses; and the "dairy cow farming" model of the Propaganda Department of Quynh Luu... At the same time, the Departments also proposed and suggested some existing problems and difficulties in the process of carrying out propaganda tasks to be promptly addressed…

Concluding the conference, Comrade Tran Quoc Khanh, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, highly appreciated the results achieved by the propaganda departments of the districts and towns in the cluster. He also requested that the units plan to overcome difficulties and complete their propaganda tasks; and emphasized several key tasks in the coming period, such as: actively disseminating and implementing Resolution No. 8 of the Central Committee (12th Congress); organizing preliminary and final reviews of important directives and resolutions in the field of propaganda work; proactively grasping the situation at the grassroots level, forecasting, proposing, and promptly advising the Party committees on handling ideological issues and pressing problems occurring in the area; and promptly addressing issues raised by the press.
